Saltburn House
Saltburn House an exemplare in mid Victorian Italianate Architecture brought back to life for the 21st Century, standing proud as the last surviving original 'doctors house', a pair of Villas sitting at the foot of Twickenham Green with commanding views from the upper floors over the leafy suburb of this once proud town house occupying an enviable position.
Listed as a building of townscape merit situated in a conservation area and once owned by Richmond borough council this former office conversation has been rescued with an extensive programme of skill and dedication by the expert team at Urban Matrix as one of our own hand picked projects.
Taking two and half years form purchase to completion the building was painstaking stripped back to its original shell and reconstructed internally from floor to roof with a whole new steel frame encapsulating newly formed common parts. Splitting the original four floors into five with the addition of part conversion of the roof this extensive remodel not only provided first class accommodation but encapsulated and enhance the listed building bring back to life all its original charm and features for future generations to appreciate.
