Simon Foster our founder recognised that the value of quality design and build quality married with the selected materials to be lacking in early 21st Century residential design and so set out to provide design focussed alternatives to the standard house building.

Urban Matrix formed in 2000, now approaching our 25th year we have a dedicated team of professionals providing design and development solutions both for our investors and clients alike throughout the UK with a strong emphasis on the South East of England in particularly our home county of Surrey.
