Portnall

Portnall is one of the most prestigious new properties to have been built on the renowned Wentworth Estate in the last 20 years. Urban Matrix was originally commissioned in 2006 to design a prestigious neo georgian mansion to rival the best Wentworth could offer.

This lead to a bespoke four storey classical mansion clad in french Limestone, detailing in collaboration with Adam Architecture the renowned International Architectural practice. The whole design wrapped around the existing landscape the specimen scotch pine on the site provided a key feature to the new formal landscape.

Executed by our expert team of crafts people and professionals, Portnall took 5 years to come to fruition, encapsulating our expert planning skills through final delivery.

Portnall was sold in 2012 for an undisclosed sum in excess of £21m
